1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging Your Local Lawn Enforcement, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial lawn care, mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, fall and leaf cleanup, landscaping maintenance, and seasonal property cleanups in Butler, Hamilton, and Warren Counties, Ohio. Service details, frequency, and pricing are confirmed at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust service offerings and pricing as needed.
3. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are approximate unless otherwise agreed in writing. The advertised average property price of $55 is a general guideline; final pricing depends on lot size, condition, scope of work, and frequency of service. We will confirm the agreed price before work begins.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
We make every effort to honor scheduled service dates. Weather, equipment, and other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and online payment through our secure payment portal. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees. Disputed charges must be reported within 14 days of receiving your invoice.
6. Property Access & Responsibility
You agree to provide safe access to the property on scheduled service days, including unlocking gates and securing pets. You are responsible for disclosing known hazards (hidden debris, sprinkler heads, septic covers, etc.) prior to service. We are not liable for damage to unmarked or concealed items.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, pre-existing lawn conditions, or third-party damage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Your Local Lawn Enforcement, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
